             Amelia’s unique blend of real estate expertise and extensive experience in marketing, sales, and home finance benefit her buyers and sellers. Her clients gain information from her ability to analyze their real estate investment goals and strategies and how to maximize their return-on-investment to build their long term wealth.  Amelia has two decades of real estate investment experience in Hong Kong and California.  She speaks fluent English, Chinese-Cantonese and Mandarin.   Amelia has been servicing international real estate clientele in California for over 6 years with many compliments from happy clients recognizing her expertise and professionalism.

Amelia has two-decades of extensive experience in developing and executing cross-cultural, multi-lingual marketing and public relations campaigns in Asia markets.  Prior to real estate business, she founded AsiaNet Communications Inc. focused on helping U.S. companies to expand their business in Asia.  She held managerial positions at Intel Corp. as Corporate Communication Manager, and Asia Regional Communications Manager.  Prior to that, she acted as Asia Regional Communications Manager for National Semiconductor Hong Kong.

In addition to the extensive real estate and marketing experience that Amelia has, she ascertained her sales negotiation and coaching skills through her 6 years with Anthony Robbins Companies (focusing on coaching participants to learn the traits, negotiation skills and practices of  successful people) in the capacity of Mastery Mentor.  She received many compliments from the participants whom she had privilege to coach and helped changing their lives in a positive way.
